This patent image was created by using U.S. Patent #US 710,750 Golf Ball patented in 1902 by its inventor Richard B. Cavanagh. This patent developed methods to produce golf balls at a low cost and improved durability without making a ball that was too "lively" for a short game while also well adapted for a long flight from a heavy swing.
