Steampunk Style Gas Mask Patent Print Art Poster

This patent image was created by using U.S. Patent #US 1,366,437 Gas Mask patented in 1921 by Otto F. Wagenhorst. A prime design feature of this early gas mask was the ability to seal it while replacing the filter canister. It also allowed for two filter canisters to be attached to give a backup in dangerous wartime situations against chemical gas attacks.
